Emergency Notification System

The City of Crystal, in cooperation with New Hope and the West Metro Fire-Rescue District, is now part of the free emergency notification system known as CodeRed. This service delivers customized emergency messages to residents and businesses via phone calls, text messages and emails.

Medicine Drop Box
Crystal Police Department Medicine Drop Box

The Crystal Police Department now provides a Medicine Drop Box in its lobby at 4141 Douglas Dr. N. in Crystal. Medicine Drop Boxes allow area citizens to properly dispose of unused medicine, prevent abuse or poisoning, and protect the environment.
