The City of Crystal wants to know how you feel about your city and neighborhood – what it looks like, how safe you feel, and how you view street maintenance, snow removal and more.

The survey is 12 brief questions that include areas for comment. It will be available until Sept. 30, 2025. Complete the survey here.
