Proposed 2-Week Construction Schedule
(Idaho Ave.)
Oct. 27 – Oct. 31
• Work with homeowners on tree locations. Bruce to coordinate with homeowners directly and stake tree location with them.
• Sign installation.
Nov. 3 – November
• Tree planting, potentially.
(Jersey Ave.)
Oct. 27 – Oct. 31
• Finish topsoil this week.
• Finish sodding this week where lining is not taking place. After lining next week, sod will finish in that area.
• Landscaping gets completed this week.
Nov. 3rd – November
• Lining mainline sewer from Medicine Lake to 29th early in the week.
• Sewer service lining to take place from Medicine Lake to 29th end of the week.
• Tree Planting potential except where sewer lining took place.
• Signs to be installed sometime throughout the week.
Traffic Impacts and Parking
During the construction period, there will be no on-street parking on the following streets between 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• Jersey Ave. N. between 29th Ave. N. and Medicine Lake Rd.
Weather Considerations
Remember that the project is weather-dependent, and activities may be delayed if adverse conditions arise. We will keep you informed of any schedule changes as they occur.
Tree Selections
Remember to get your tree selections to Bruce Brown by the end of the week. An email and door hanger were sent with selections and contact information for Bruce. Bruce will be coordinating with homeowners individually to place a staked location of where trees can go.
