Proposed Two-Week Construction Schedule
Idaho Ave.
(Oct. 13 – 17)
• Sodding of all properties starting next Wednesday.
Oct. 20 – 24
• No work planned.
Jersey Ave.
Oct. 13 – 17
• Pave Driveways on Monday.
• Prep behind curbs and start to topsoil.
• Sodding to start end of next week.
Oct. 20 – 24
• Sodding may continue into this week.
Traffic Impacts and Parking
During the construction period, there will be no on-street parking on the following streets between 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• Idaho Ave. N. between 30th Ave. N. and 31st Ave.
• Jersey Ave. N. between 30th Ave. N. and Medicine Lake Rd.
Weather Considerations
The project is weather-dependent, and activities may be delayed if adverse conditions arise. We will keep you informed of any schedule changes as they occur.
Irrigation and Dog Fences
Please mark your dog fences and irrigation. Repairs will be taking place on Idaho this week and Jersey in the coming weeks.
