Proposed 2-Week Construction Schedule
Idaho Ave.
Oct. 6 – 10
• Start hauling topsoil end of the week.
• Irrigation and dog fence repairs.
Oct. 13 – 17
• Sodding to start end of the week.
Jersey Ave.
Oct. 6 – 10
• Curb and Concrete Driveway curing through Thursday next week.
• Paving scheduled for Friday.
• Backfill curb and gutters.
Oct. 13 – 17
• Asphalt driveways on Monday, Oct. 1. As soon as the driveway roller completes the rolling operation. You can drive on your driveway.
Traffic Impacts and Parking
During the construction period, there will be no on-street parking on the following streets between 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• Idaho Ave. N. between 30th Ave. N. and 31st Ave.
• Jersey Ave. N. between 30th Ave. N. and Medicine Lake Rd.
Weather Considerations
Please remember that the project is weather-dependent, and activities may be delayed if adverse conditions arise. We will keep you informed of any schedule changes as they occur.
Irrigation and Dog Fences
Help the contractor out by marking your dog fences and irrigation. Repairs will be taking place on Idaho this week and Jersey in the coming weeks.
