2025 Utility Reconstruction Project (Jersey Ave. N. and Idaho Ave.)
• The city is reviewing the final bid documents and preparing to issue a Notice to Proceed, soon.
• The city are preparing for the pre-construction meeting, after which more project schedule updates will be available.
2025 Mill and Overlay Project (South Forest Neighborhood)
• Curb removals and repairs are ongoing.
• Bituminous patching in front of curb repairs is ongoing.
• Storm and sewer manhole adjustments will start soon.
