      <title>Sign up for SMART911 Emergency Notifications </title>

			    &lt;img src="https://www.crystalmn.gov/UserFiles/Servers/Server_10879634/Image/News/SMART911%20Lofo.jpg" /&gt;The City of Crystal, through the West Metro Fire-Rescue District, is working with Smart911 to notify residents via email, text, phone or social media when there are emergencies.  To receive these mass notifications, residents must opt in, sign up for an account and share the varying levels of information that they want police, fire and EMS to utilize when responding to a 9-1-1 call. Residents can sign up for Smart911 here.
