Crystal Recognizes Great Neighbor Award Winners

The City of Crystal honored its 2024 Neighbors Recognizing Neighbors Award winners at a recent council meeting: Dale and Jill Scholz, Brian Perttula, and Henry and Karen Ottinger.
The annual award thanks and honors great neighbors in Crystal for their contributions to the community.
