Crystal values residents' opinions and encourages participation in all forms, including its community survey. Every five years, the Crystal City Council hires Decision Resources, Inc. to conduct a community survey to determine resident satisfaction with City services. The last survey was conducted in 2007; therefore, Decision Resources will be conducting a telephone survey in mid-2012. Randomly-selected residents will be contacted by professional interviewers to participate in this approximately 25-minute survey. This year's survey will include questions regarding the priority of various City services to assist the City Council as they budget for City services over the coming years. Your input is needed and appreciated!
