Jim Adams lives in Crystal with his wife, Liz, and their children Bre, Suzi and Marty.

Jim is a Christian who serves through his work and service to others. He runs two sober homes that serve 17 men in recovery and two transitional homes that serve 13 men (most of whom have come from local homeless shelters). He and his wife own and operate RAE Enterprises, a remodeling construction company. Jim is a retired firefighter from West Metro Fire-Rescue District and is a rescue technician for Rescue Resources, Inc. Jim has a degree in accounting and business administration.  

Jim’s past community involvement includes being a lieutenant of the West Metro Fire-Rescue District; President/CEO of charitable gambling; secretary and trustee of the Firefighters Relief Association.

Jim is often found serving at the Catholic Community of St. Joseph and Serenity Village Community Church.
